Ximplify platform allows users to create multiple personal calendars a single user account in order to better organise appointments. Along with being able to add as many calendars as needed, users can choose their own custom colour for the calendars available, giving them the ability to dictate the calendar for the appointment at a glance. Furthermore, users can sync their additional account calendars using Exchange ActiveSync, Exchange Web Services, CalDAV and SharePoint.


Follow the steps below to create additional personal calendars:

 

1) Log into Ximplify webmail.

2) Click on the Settings icon.

3) Expand the My Settings folder and click Calendar Settings in the navigation pane.

4) Click on the Calendars tab

5) Then click Add in the content pane toolbar.



6) Enter the Display Name and choose the colour for appointments.

7) Click Save.


*Some features will not be available in this new added calendar. The events in this calendar won't reflect updated invitations and invitee responses. You can only use these features in your primary calendar (default calendar).
