Users are able to share their email folders and collaboration items with other users on the domain. Details step as below:
1) Log into your Ximplify webmail at mail.domainname
2) Navigate to Setting -> Expand the Sharing -> Click Shared resources and select the resource you want to share -> then click 'Next'
3) Then can select the intended users for you to share the resources with and put the permission limit to access those.Once done,click 'Save'
4) Now please ask the intended user (in my case,user 'test') to log into their webmail -> Navigate to setting -> Expand the 'sharing' -> click Mapped Resources'.
There they will see the resource that been shared previously by their colleague (test2) -> Click 'Attach'
Then this user can view their colleague resource inside their own webmail.Based on the permission set earlier,they can read-only or view and modify said resource.
5) If user already finish viewing or modifying the resources,they can click 'Detach' if want to remove said colleague resource from their webmail.
