1. Login to webmail (https://mail.example.com) or https://sm02-megatron.localdns.com/Login.aspx
2. Click Setting – Account Settings (My Settings)
3. Please enter your “New Password” followed by “Confirm Password”
4. Click on Save
NOTE: SmarterMail currently require passwords to be a minimum of EIGHT [8] characters in length with at least ONE UPPERCASE LETTER, ONE LOWERCASE LETTER and 1 NUMBER in the password.Every password will valid for 12 months
We do not allow any exceptions to the password rule.
