Once user already get their webmail details access from postmaster, please follow below steps to proceed on mailbox migration:
1) Login to Ximplify webmail at https://mail.domainname.com
2) Settings > Connectivity > Mailbox Migration > Click Migrate
3. Mailbox Migration box will appear. You may choose any email provider for the old mail server or choose Other to use IMAP migration. On this case we choose Other.
5. Fill up details as per below.
Server Address : Kindly fill with old mail server IP or domain name.
Type : Choose IMAP (IMAP will sync old email to Ximplify)
Port : 143 (Standard port for IMAP)
Username : Fill up will full email address.
Password : Fill up old email password
Required SSL : Enable if old email include SSL
Delete existing Ximplify mailbox items : Enable if required to clean up your current mailbox.
6. Click Start. Migration will take a time depend on mailbox size.
