In Ximplify mail service, instead of using local Ximplify storage, you may connect to Cloud Storage.
1. Settings > Connectivity > Under Cloud Storage click New Provider.
2. Choose any Cloud Storage that you want to link with ximplify.
3. Authentication will required for Cloud Storage.
4. Fill up Display Name and Save.
5. Create New Email and Click Link File.
6. Choose Cloud Storage (My Dropbox).
7. Select files that you want to share and click Link.
8. It will attach on your email.
