These days it's rare for someone to have, and use, a single email address. That's why Ximplify's SMTP Accounts feature is so great: it allows users to send email from another account directly within the Ximplify Web interface. This means users can add their Gmail, Hotmail, Yahoo! or any other mail account to Ximplify so that they can send all of their emails, from a number of different accounts, from within a single interface.
A nice complement to SMTP Accounts is Email Retrieval. When used together, users can send and receive email from external accounts directly within Ximplify.
1. Go to Settings > Connectivity > SMTP Account box click New SMTP Account.
2. Fill up SMTP Account details as per below. (Below is outlook.com SMTP details)
3. Once done, click Test Connection. If success, you able to save it.
4. You will see the connection under SMTP Accounts box.
5. You able to used it while send new or reply email. You may drop down "Send From" and choose the SMTP Account that attach on Ximplify.
